Each GJF product is carefully designed to meet the operating circumstances and health and safety standards for that application.
Appropriately robust prime-grade steels are specified and all GJF products are designed with the container handling equipment manufacturer and relevant HSE
documents, in mind.
PRECISION MANUFACTURING
GJF has invested heavily in the latest manufacturing processes in order to deliver the toughest precision products.
For example, we laser cut our steel plate to ensure good dimensional accuracy and avoid sharp edges and we employ a team of “welding robots” for more precise and stronger welds.
This meticulous attention to manufacturing detail results in superior products that are ‘built stronger to last longer’.
STRINGENT QUALITY CONTROL
Rigorous quality and inspection procedures ensure that all skips, containers and recycling banks are manufactured to the very highest standards. GJF only uses prime grade mild steels, for consistent product quality and long service life.
