the U.K's leading manufacturers of Skips and Containers for the waste, scrap
and recycling industries. Founded in 1988, the company has the capacity to
produce Open and Enclosed skips in sizes ranging from 1 cu.yd. up to 25 cu.yd.,
Roll on Roll off Containers and Compactors (both Swaged and Smooth CNC rolled)
from 10 cu.yd to 50 cu.yd, Rear End Loader containers, Front End Loader containers,
Forklift tipping skips and Recycling banks for such items as bottles, cans,
paper, textiles, and medical waste.
- Within
our capacity we can offer the facilicity of specialist sealed containers that
can be produced to customer specifications, designed on our 3D cad system
which is then intergrated with the latest technology of CNC operations and
robotic welders, this in turn enables GJF to remain competitive in the market
whilst maintaining our high quality standards.
- All our
containers are fabricated from certified prime grade mild steel (HR15 or S275).
All plate seams are fully welded with corner reinforcements as required. A
comprehensive range of options are available to suit any application. In
addition to a individual GJF welded asset number, your unique laser cut
company identification plate is welded onto the container as an additional
security feature.
- After
final inspection, All containers are painted with one coat of an anti-corrosive
primer followed by a further coat of compliant gloss container paint in the
colour of your choice.
- Any
container can be sign written with your corporate details, thus offering you
continuous free advertising while the container is on site. Ask for details
when enquiring.
